Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • current and valid driver’s license
  • proven record of safe driving
  • willingness to work in a multicultural setting
  • demonstrates compassion for populations served in BILH Behavioral Services
  • able to follow safety and security procedures
  • capable of maintaining accurate logs and reports
  • able to perform vehicle maintenance duties as required

Job Duties

  • Transports our clients safely to their destination
  • maintain all logs and reporting requirements including vehicle checks and tracking mileage
  • assists with program delivery needs
  • responsible for bringing vehicle in for regularly scheduled maintenance appointments and keeping the vehicle clean
  • responsible for transporting client’s medications and cell phones between routes
  • observes BILH Behavioral Services safety and security procedures and reports potentially unsafe conditions to Transportation Coordinator
  • uses equipment and materials properly
  • may require limited overtime on limited occasions
  • performs all other related duties as assigned
