- safely operate transit motor vehicles to provide reliable public transportation
- maintain excellent communication with passengers and dispatch

- provide exceptional customer service to all passengers
- perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly
- ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the journey
