Job Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of housekeeping experience
  • Valid Illinois driver's license required
  • Clean driving record required
  • Ability to drive vehicles with both standard and automatic transmissions
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment
  • Possess customer service skills
  • 20-hour security training certificate preferred

Job Duties

  • Driving the vehicle to a designated area in the valet parking lot, securing and noting the space the vehicle is parked on the valet tag and log, returning the tag and keys to the valet key booth
  • Driving the vehicle to and from parked areas, securing the vehicle and noting specific information on the ticket
  • Following proper safe driving procedures and safety protocol
  • Greeting all guests upon arrival, opening doors, explaining valet procedures, and asking guests if they need directions and performing access control responsibilities for the valet area
  • Understanding and actively participating in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established hospital policies, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities
  • Performing other duties as assigned
