Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one to two years of commercial driving experience preferred
- experience with temperature controlled product transportation preferred
- friendly, outgoing, and courteous customer service demeanor
- ability to meet critical and time sensitive deadlines
- valid standard Class D Wisconsin license or local state equivalent
- availability to work long shifts and Saturdays
- basic English speaking proficiency
- ability to lift up to 80 pounds regularly
- ability to pass a Medical Examiner’s Certification
- willingness to engage in prolonged standing, sitting, walking, and driving
- ability to perform repetitive reaching, bending, twisting, pushing and pulling
- a combination of the above qualifications may also be considered

- experience transporting temperature controlled products preferred
- friendly and courteous customer service demeanor
- ability to work with limited supervision
- valid standard Class D Wisconsin license or local state equivalent
- basic English speaking proficiency
Job Duties
- Perform all pre-trip responsibilities to include checking route numbers and account numbers for assigned deliveries
- perform necessary vehicle safety inspections for vehicle
- drive and deliver customer orders according to predetermined route
- ensure vehicle is properly secured during drop-offs
- load and unload products from vehicle using dolly or other appropriate devices safely
- verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures confirming receipt of product
- contact management to discuss issues or concerns as they arise throughout the work day
- perform all post-delivery actions, including unloading damaged product, customer returns, and complete any necessary documents
- follow Department of Transportation (DOT) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) regulations during the operation of the truck and handling of product
- develop and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and goodwill by providing professional assistance and by demonstrating an interest in the customer’s needs
- report any complaints to supervisor
- collect money from customers and properly record transactions on company documentation, including invoices
- ensure that payment (cash, checks, etc.) are properly secured
- ensure that safety training is current as per company policy
- support the Fleet Manager by ensuring that vehicles are maintained according to schedule and records are current and correct
- other duties as assigned by supervisor
