- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle

- Communicate and write in English effectively
- Maintain flexible hours and adapt to varying schedules
- Complete all assigned trips punctually and professionally
