Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of commercial driving experience preferred
- Valid standard Class D WI license or local state equivalent
- Ability to work long shifts and Saturdays
- Basic English speaking proficiency
- Friendly, outgoing and courteous customer service demeanor
- Ability to meet physical demands including prolonged standing, sitting, walking, and driving
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds regularly and occasionally more
- Must pass a Medical Examiner’s Certification
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience in transportation of temperature-controlled products preferred
- Friendly, outgoing and courteous customer service demeanor
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency in meeting critical and time sensitive deadlines
- Valid standard Class D WI license or local state equivalent
- Basic English speaking proficiency
Job Duties
- Perform all pre-trip responsibilities to include checking route numbers and account numbers for assigned deliveries
- Perform necessary vehicle safety inspections for vehicle
- Drive and deliver customer orders according to predetermined route
- Ensure vehicle is properly secured during drop-offs
- Load and unload products from vehicle using dolly or other appropriate devices safely
- Verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures confirming receipt of product
- Contact management to discuss issues or concerns as they arise throughout the work day
- Perform all post-delivery actions including unloading damaged product, customer returns, and complete any necessary documents
- Follow Department of Transportation (DOT) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) regulations during the operation of the truck and handling of product
- Develop and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and goodwill by providing professional assistance and by demonstrating an interest in the customer’s needs
- Report any complaints to supervisor
- Collect money from customers and properly record transactions on company documentation, including invoices
- Ensure that payment (cash, checks, etc.) are properly secured
- Ensure that safety training is current as per company policy
- Support the Fleet Manager by ensuring that vehicles are maintained according to schedule and records are current and correct
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
