Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and submit to a background check
- Must have a clean driving record
- Prior driving experience in a delivery or commercial delivery setting preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must possess a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement with a hands-on, cooperative approach in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and accountability in completing all tasks in a thorough, accurate and timely manner
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time frequently
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Follow assigned routes to complete local deliveries from the roastery and commissary
- Occasionally fulfill delivery orders for wholesale partners
- Assist roastery production team with packaging, bagging and labeling coffee and tea products
- Ensure all products are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean driving record
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Maintain organizational accountability in all assigned tasks
