Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Clean and safe DMV driving record
  • Current Food Handler card
  • Ability to lift minimum 25lbs
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet time deadlines
  • Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods

  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to collaborate with executive chef, FOH manager, catering manager, on-site porters, and pantry supervisors
  • Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and workplace safety policies
  • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and perform manual tasks such as stooping, kneeling, bending, and reaching

Job Duties

  • Drive a delivery vehicle for the purpose of delivering prepared foods from the production kitchen to various sites following a predetermined schedule
  • Load and unload containers, hot carts, and utensils, and make proper distribution
  • Maintain product rotation, product labeling, and cleanliness of walk-ins and food storage areas
  • Provide day-to-day support of kitchen, front of the house, and pantry deliveries
  • Perform daily, on-time deliveries
  • Clean and maintain delivery trucks interior and exterior daily
  • Maintain maintenance records and delivery log documentation
  • Perform pickup and drop-off of product inventory
  • Ensure a clean and safe work area
  • Follow workplace safety guidelines, policies, and SOPs daily
  • Adhere to food safety guidelines, policies, and SOPs daily
  • Comply with HACCP guidelines, policies, and SOPs daily
  • Follow all internal audit guidelines, policies, and SOPs daily
