Job Requirements
- Compassion for and desire to work with seniors
- High school diploma or GED
- Safe driving record as approved by company criteria
- Valid state driver's license
- CPR/First Aid training and certification may be required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

- Prior experience working with seniors preferred
- Commercial drivers license preferred
Job Duties
- Transport residents safely to appointments and errands while observing safe driving standards
- Assist residents with scheduling appointments and coordinate transportation with front desk staff
- Help residents pack and unpack groceries and supplies
- Deliver mail and packages to resident apartments
- Perform occasional administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and assisting activity coordinators
- Use proper procedures to assist residents and minimize risk of injury
- Maintain and clean all vehicles
- Monitor vehicle license plates, inspection tags, and insurance cards
- Interact with residents in a friendly and attentive manner
- Report any concerns about residents' health to management
- Foster teamwork and show initiative
- Perform other duties as assigned
