Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- Have a valid driver’s license number
- Provide a social security number (US only)
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Use any car, scooter, or bicycle (bicycle use in select cities only)
- No commercial driver’s license (CDL) required
- Successfully pass eligibility and ID verification
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license or government-issued ID for scooter or bicycle use
- Ability to use a smartphone and the DoorDash Dasher app
- Basic knowledge of local roads and neighborhoods
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Previous delivery or driving experience is a plus but not required
- Good physical condition to handle the demands of delivery work
Job Duties
- Deliver food orders to customers accurately and on time
- Pick up orders from restaurants, grocery stores, and retail locations
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to manage deliveries and payments
- Communicate with customers and support team as needed to ensure smooth delivery experience
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Manage own schedule to maximize earning opportunities
- Handle cash out and payment processes through the DoorDash Crimson platform
