Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- 21 years or older to deliver alcohol
- valid driver’s license number
- social security number for US applicants
- consistent access to a smartphone
- reliable transportation method such as car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- no CDL or commercial driver’s license needed
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license or equivalent for scooter/bicycle use
- ability to operate a vehicle or bike safely in your delivery area
- basic knowledge of local streets and navigation tools
- smartphone capable of running the DoorDash Dasher app
- customer service skills
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- meet minimum age requirements
Job Duties
- pick up customer orders from restaurants and stores
- deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- ensure customer satisfaction by following delivery instructions carefully
- manage and navigate routes efficiently to maximize delivery volume
- use the DoorDash Dasher app to accept orders and track deliveries
- maintain communication with customers and support if issues arise
- handle cash outs and payments via the DoorDash Crimson Debit Card
