Job Requirements

- valid driver's license number
- social security number (only in the US)
- consistent access to a smartphone
- no commercial driver's license needed
- 21 or older to deliver alcohol
- vehicle such as a car, scooter, or bicycle (based on city approval)
Job Qualifications

- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to navigate and use GPS or smartphone apps
- reliable transportation such as a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- basic smartphone proficiency
- knowledge of local streets and traffic laws
Job Duties
- pick up food and merchandise from restaurants and stores
- deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- maintain communication with customers via the app
- manage payment transactions through the DoorDash platform
- keep track of deliveries and update order statuses
- provide excellent customer service
- adhere to all local traffic and safety regulations
