- No commercial driver’s license (CDL) needed
- must be 18 years or older (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- valid driver’s license number
- social security number (for U.S. applicants)
- consistent access to a smartphone
- successful completion of ID verification and background check
Job Qualifications

- ability to pass background check and identity verification
- familiarity with smartphone technology and mobile apps
- knowledge of local streets and neighborhoods is helpful but not required
- ability to work independently with a flexible schedule
- good customer service skills
Job Duties
- Pick up food, groceries, and retail orders from merchants
- deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- manage order acceptance and navigation using the DoorDash Dasher app
- maintain communication with customers when necessary
- ensure customer satisfaction through friendly and professional service
- manage earnings and cash out through the app
- follow safety and traffic regulations while driving or cycling
