Job Requirements
- No commercial driver’s license (CDL) needed
- Must be 18 or older (21 or older to deliver alcohol)
- Have any car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- Possess a driver’s license number
- Provide a social security number (only in the US)
- Have consistent access to a smartphone
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 years old to deliver alcohol)
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Have consistent access to a vehicle such as a car, scooter, or bicycle (depending on city)
- Ability to use a smartphone to operate the Dasher app
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants or stores
- Deliver orders to customers in a timely manner
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to accept and manage deliveries
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the delivery process
- Handle food and goods carefully to ensure quality
- Track and manage earnings through the app
- Follow local traffic and safety laws
