Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- At least 21 years old to deliver alcohol
- Valid driver’s license number
- Social security number for US residents
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Ownership of any car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- No commercial driver’s license needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous delivery or driving experience advantageous but not required
- Familiarity with smartphone apps and navigation tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Pick up food orders from restaurants and stores
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to manage deliveries
- Communicate effectively with customers and support when needed
- Ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Manage payment and cash out through the app
- Adhere to local traffic laws and safety guidelines
