Job Requirements
- No commercial driver’s license required
- Must be 18 years or older (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- Valid driver’s license number
- Access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- Social security number (for US applicants)
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Successful ID verification during sign-up process
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with navigation apps and smartphone usage
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with local area geography is a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple deliveries
Job Duties
- Pick up food, grocery, or retail orders from local merchants
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Use the DoorDash app to navigate and manage deliveries
- Maintain communication with customers and support for any delivery issues
- Manage daily earnings and cash out using the DoorDash Crimson account
- Comply with all local traffic laws and DoorDash policies
- Provide excellent customer service throughout each delivery interaction
