- Possess a valid driver's license
- Have reliable access to a vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle depending on location)
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Provide a social security number (in the US only)
- Successfully pass identity verification
- Be eligible to work legally in the US
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old (21 or older for alcohol delivery)
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Have consistent access to a smartphone
- Ability to operate a car, scooter, or bicycle (where applicable)
- Familiarity with using mobile apps for navigation and communication
- Strong time management skills
- Good customer service and communication skills
Job Duties
- Pick up food, grocery, or retail orders from designated merchants
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Manage multiple delivery requests efficiently
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to accept and complete deliveries
- Maintain communication with customers and support teams as needed
- Follow traffic and safety regulations during deliveries
- Handle cash out and payments through the DoorDash Crimson account
