- basic knowledge of local stores and products
- good customer service skills
- ability to handle physical activity required for shopping and delivery
Job Duties
- Accept orders through the DoorDash app
- shop accurately for groceries, retail items, and convenience products
- use the prepaid Red Card for payment on shopping orders
- deliver orders promptly and courteously to customers
- manage time efficiently to maximize earnings
- communicate effectively with DoorDash support and customers when needed
- comply with all local laws and DoorDash policies
