Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- have access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (depending on city)
- provide a valid driver’s license number
- have a social security number (US only)
- consistently access to a smartphone
- pass background check
- eligibility to work in the area
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid driver’s license number
- familiarity with smartphones and mobile apps
- ability to navigate local areas efficiently
- good communication skills
- customer service orientation
- prior delivery or shopping experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Accept delivery requests through the DoorDash app
- purchase grocery, convenience, retail, or alcohol items as requested
- deliver orders promptly to customers
- communicate with customers for order clarifications
- manage timely and accurate delivery routes
- maintain compliance with DoorDash policies and local regulations
- use the Red Card prepaid card for purchasing items
