- valid driver’s license number
- social security number for US-based Dashers
- consistent access to a smartphone
- access to a car, scooter, or bicycle in select cities
- successful ID verification

- experience in customer service or delivery roles is a plus
- ability to use smartphone and mobile applications effectively
- good communication and interpersonal skills
