- Must be at least 18 years old
- 21 or older to deliver alcohol
- Access to a car, scooter, or bicycle in select cities
- Valid driver’s license number
- Social security number if applying in the US
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must have the legal right to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in retail, delivery, or customer service is a plus
- Ability to navigate using a smartphone and apps
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle transactions using the Red Card
- Basic knowledge of local areas and traffic patterns
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Shop for groceries and other items accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders promptly to customers
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to manage orders and payments
- Activate and use the Red Card to pay for shopping items
- Communicate professionally with customers and support teams
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping and delivery process
- Follow all local regulations for deliveries including alcohol age restrictions
