Job Requirements
- 18 years old or older
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- Social security number (only in the US)
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Ability to pass background and ID verification
- Must be 21 or older to deliver alcohol in specified states
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old (21 years old for alcohol delivery)
- Possess a valid driver's license or relevant ID for scooters/bicycles
- Consistent access to a smartphone with internet connectivity
- Ability to navigate and use a GPS or smartphone app effectively
- Basic communication skills to interact with customers and support team
- Prior delivery experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants, stores, or vendors
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Manage multiple deliveries efficiently
- Use the DoorDash app to receive and accept delivery requests
- Handle cashless payments and cash out earnings via the app
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers and merchants
- Follow all traffic and safety laws during deliveries
