- 18+ years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- any car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- driver’s license number
- social security number (only in the US)
- consistent access to a smartphone
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years old
- have a valid driver’s license
- possess a smartphone with reliable internet access
- ability to communicate effectively with customers
- basic knowledge of local area geography
- able to lift and carry orders safely
- customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- pick up orders from restaurants or stores
- deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- maintain communication with customers when necessary
- manage and track deliveries using the Dasher app
- ensure orders are handled carefully and delivered in good condition
- follow local traffic laws and safety regulations
- use the DoorDash platform to update delivery status
