Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- must be 21 or older to deliver alcohol
- valid driver’s license
- access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- consistent access to a smartphone
- social security number if located in the us
- ability to pass background checks
- ability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in retail, customer service, or delivery is a plus
- ability to navigate using GPS and smartphone apps
- strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- basic knowledge of local area and neighborhoods
Job Duties
- deliver grocery items and retail products to customers
- shop for and pick up items accurately using the DoorDash Red Card
- maintain timely deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction
- manage multiple delivery orders efficiently
- adhere to safety and quality standards during shopping and delivery
- communicate professionally with customers and support team
- use the DoorDash Dasher app to navigate and track deliveries
