Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old (21+ for alcohol delivery)
- Own a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- Provide a valid driver's license number
- Have a social security number (US only)
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Pass a background check
- Be eligible to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- Valid driver's license or equivalent for mode of transport
- Ability to use a smartphone and navigate the DoorDash app
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of local geography and delivery routes
- Capability to handle and transport items safely
Job Duties
- Pick up orders accurately and promptly
- Shop for grocery and convenience items as per customer specifications
- Deliver orders efficiently to customer locations
- Manage payment transactions using the DoorDash Red Card
- Maintain communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Follow local laws and DoorDash policies regarding delivery and alcohol sales
- Handle all items with care to ensure quality and avoid damage
