Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- Have a valid driver's license
- Own or have consistent access to a vehicle, scooter, or bicycle in select cities
- Provide a social security number (US only)
- Have a smartphone with internet access
- Complete successful identity verification
- Be eligible to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Basic knowledge of local area and navigation skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Familiarity with smartphone apps
- Ability to handle physical activity required for delivering items
- Good communication skills
- Prior delivery or driving experience is helpful but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants, retailers, or convenience stores
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Use the DoorDash app to receive and manage delivery requests
- Maintain communication with customers when necessary
- Handle orders with care to ensure quality
- Cash out earnings using the DoorDash Crimson Debit Card
- Follow all traffic and safety regulations while delivering
