Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Have consistent access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- Provide a social security number (US only)
- Have consistent access to a smartphone
- Complete identity verification
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Basic math and reading skills
- Familiarity with smartphone apps and navigation tools
- Ability to work independently
- Good time management skills
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to lift and carry items safely
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants, grocery stores, or retail locations
- Deliver orders to customers promptly and accurately
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to manage deliveries and navigate routes
- Provide excellent customer service during drop-offs
- Handle food and merchandise carefully to ensure quality
- Cash out earnings through the Dasher app
- Maintain communication with the support team as needed
