- valid driver’s license

- consistent access to a smartphone
- access to a car, scooter, or bicycle in select cities
- able to pass background and ID verification
- legal right to work in the United States
- maintain a reliable vehicle or mode of transport
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- customer service experience a plus
- able to operate a vehicle, scooter, or bicycle safely
- familiarity with using mobile apps and GPS navigation
- good time management skills
- basic communication skills
- ability to work independently
Job Duties
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately
- pick up food, groceries, or retail items from merchants
- maintain clear communication with customers and support team
- ensure safe handling of orders especially alcohol where applicable
- manage delivery schedule to maximize earnings
- use the DoorDash Dasher app effectively
- follow all local traffic and safety laws
