Job Requirements
- Be approachable and maintain a friendly, courteous manner even during busy periods

- be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
- move efficiently and stand for extended periods
- be able to walk or stand for entire shifts
- frequently reach, bend, stoop, lift, and wipe down surfaces to maintain a clean bar area
- meet minimum legal age requirements for serving or handling alcohol
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a bar support or similar role helpful but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

- knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety standards

Job Duties
- Play a key role in facilitating excellent drink service that complements food and entertainment
- keep the bartender and supervisor informed of low stock levels, spills, or equipment malfunctions
- promptly replenish bar supplies, prepare garnishes, and maintain ice levels
- maintain a positive and helpful attitude supporting bartenders during peak times
- assist with guest inquiries by communicating information to the bartender
- quickly retrieve ingredients, glassware, and other necessary items
- collect empty drinkware and keep the bar area organized and presentable
- alert bartender or manager to guest issues or concerns
- adhere to company policies and safety regulations regarding alcohol service
- stock and organize all bar-related inventory including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and garnishes
- assist with periodic inventory counts
- check and replenish bar supplies before, during, and after service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire bar service area
- support other team members to ensure smooth operations
- foster positive working relationships with team members
- meet legal age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
