Job Qualifications

- basic knowledge of bar operations desirable

Job Duties
- plays a key role in facilitating excellent drink service that complements food and entertainment, keeps bartenders and supervisors informed of low stock levels, spills, or equipment malfunctions, provides efficient assistance by replenishing bar supplies and preparing garnishes, maintains a positive and helpful attitude during peak service times, assists with guest inquiries and maintains bar area organization, supports bartenders by retrieving ingredients and glassware, collects empty drinkware and keeps the bar area presentable, alerts bartender or manager to guest issues, adheres to company policies for responsible alcohol service, stocks and organizes bar inventory, assists with inventory counts, checks and replenishes bar supplies before and after service, maintains cleanliness of bar service area, supports team members for efficient operations, maintains positive working relationships with team
