The Drink Service Support team member role at Dave & Buster's is an essential part of the bar service operation. This position supports bartenders by ensuring that the bar remains fully stocked, organized, and clean, enabling bartenders to focus on providing exceptional drink service and engaging guest interactions. As a member of this energetic team, you will work in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking, quick thinking, and excellent communication skills. You will assist with replenishing supplies like liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and ice, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service periods. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a hospitality or bar support role preferred
strong communication and multitasking skills
ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

ability to follow company policies and safety regulations
team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Play a key role in facilitating excellent drink service that complements food and entertainment
keep the bartender and immediate supervisor informed of low stock levels, spills, or equipment malfunctions
provide efficient assistance by replenishing bar supplies, preparing garnishes, and maintaining ice levels
maintain a positive and helpful attitude while supporting bartenders during peak service times
assist with guest inquiries by communicating information to bartenders and ensuring the bar area is organized
retrieve ingredients, glassware, and other necessary items quickly
collect empty drinkware and keep the bar area presentable
alert bartender or manager to any guest issues or concerns
adhere to company policies regarding responsible alcohol service and safety regulations
stock and organize all bar-related inventory in designated storage locations
assist with periodic inventory counts
check and replenish bar supplies before, during, and after service
maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire bar service area
provide support to other team members as required
maintain positive working relationships with team members
meet minimum legal age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
