Job Requirements
- meet the minimum legal age requirement for serving or handling alcoholic beverages as per local regulations
- be approachable and maintain a friendly and courteous manner during busy periods
- be available to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, and weekends
- thrive in an environment with moderate to high noise levels
- understand and effectively communicate instructions
- be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
- move efficiently within the bar service area and stand for long periods
- be able to walk or stand throughout the entire shift
- frequently reach, bend, stoop, lift, and wipe surfaces to maintain cleanliness

Job Duties
- support bartenders by replenishing bar supplies and preparing garnishes
- monitor and report low stock levels, spills, or equipment malfunctions
- maintain ice levels and organize drinkware efficiently
- assist with guest inquiries by communicating information to bartenders
- collect empty drinkware and keep the bar area clean and organized
- stock and arrange liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and garnishes
- assist with inventory counts and report shortages
- uphold company policies on responsible alcohol service and safety
- maintain positive teamwork and communication with other staff members
