Job Requirements
- meet minimum legal age requirements for alcohol service
- be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- stand and walk for entire shift
- willing to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, and weekends
- able to maintain friendly and courteous demeanor during busy periods
- capable of understanding and effectively communicating instructions
- able to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, and wiping down surfaces
Job Qualifications
- ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment
- strong communication and multitasking skills
- positive and helpful attitude
- experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- knowledge of bar operations and alcoholic beverage handling beneficial
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- assist bartenders by replenishing bar supplies and preparing garnishes
- maintain ice levels and clean bar area throughout service
- communicate low stock levels, spills, or equipment malfunctions to bartenders and supervisors
- collect empty drinkware and organize bar service area
- respond to guest inquiries and assist bartenders during peak times
- support with stocking and organizing bar inventory
- adhere to company policies on responsible alcohol service and safety regulations
