Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Play a key role in facilitating excellent drink service that complements food and entertainment, keeping the bartender and supervisor informed of low stock levels, spills, or equipment malfunctions and taking immediate action or suggesting solutions, provide efficient assistance by replenishing bar supplies, preparing garnishes, and ensuring ice levels are maintained, maintain a positive and helpful attitude while supporting bartenders and anticipating needs during peak times, assist with guest inquiries by communicating to bartenders and ensuring the bar area is organized, support bartenders by retrieving ingredients, glassware, and other necessary items quickly, collect empty drinkware and keep the bar area organized and presentable throughout service, alert bartenders or manager to any guest issues observed at the bar, adhere to all company policies and safety regulations regarding alcohol service, stock and organize all bar-related inventory including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and garnishes in designated storage locations, assist with periodic inventory counts of bar stock as needed, check and replenish all required bar supplies before, during, and after service, maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire bar service area including counters, shelves, refrigerators, and storage areas, provide support to other team members as required to ensure smooth operations, maintain positive working relationships with all team members to foster collaboration
