Job Duties
- Provide prompt and friendly service to guests by delivering drinks accurately and efficiently
- Support baristas by managing drink orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of drink runner station and surrounding areas
- Assist in replenishing supplies necessary for drink preparation and delivery
- Communicate effectively with team members to maintain smooth workflow
- Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper handling of food and beverages
- Engage with guests to ensure a positive cafe experience and address any inquiries
