Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
- ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- frequent reaching, bending and stooping
- ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role is beneficial
- ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- ability to multitask effectively
- knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- team-oriented with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
- make and deliver non-alcoholic drinks to guests
- ensure all drinks are properly garnished and deliver trays to designated tables and other sections as needed
- assist in clearing away dishes and glassware and refilling beverages as needed
- assist in bussing and resetting tables as needed
- restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close
- assist in ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of drinks and responding to guest needs in a timely manner
- maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and be able to answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
- work quickly and efficiently adhering to “full hands in, full hands out” philosophy
- assist other team members as needed or as business dictates
- keep station clean
- set up and take down station tables appropriately
- maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster cooperation and promote a harmonious working climate and help keep high morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness
- effectively communicate with guests to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience
- read and communicate in English
- listen to hear guests’ orders and needs and then communicate with guests verbally and with other team members
- dress in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
- be at least 18 years of age
