Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Able to work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Able to read and write handwritten notes
- Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Able to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Must walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- Able to reach, bend and stoop frequently
- Must follow company sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
- Must be dressed in proper dress code, neat, clean and professional at all times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sanitation and alcohol service policies is a plus
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling orders and counts
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly informed of all problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and handle intoxicated Guests
- Assess Guest demeanor and identify when to alert a Manager
- Make and deliver non-alcoholic drinks to Guests
- Ensure all drinks are properly garnished and deliver trays to designated tables and other sections
- Assist in clearing dishes and glassware and refilling beverages
- Assist in bussing and resetting tables, restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close
- Check back with Guests after drink delivery and respond promptly to their needs
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, able to answer questions about food and drink preparation
- Work efficiently adhering to 'Full hands in, Full hands out' philosophy
- Assist other Team Members as needed
- Keep station clean and set up/take down station tables appropriately
- Maintain favorable working relationships to promote a cooperative, harmonious working climate
- Effectively communicate with Guests to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience
- Read and communicate in English
- Listen to Guests orders and communicate with Guests and Team Members verbally
- Dress in proper dress code, neat, clean and professional at all times
- Must be at least 18 years of age
