- must be at least 18 years of age

- able to read and communicate in English
- skilled in providing enthusiastic customer service
- able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- knowledge of sanitation procedures
- ability to understand and follow alcohol awareness protocols
- good interpersonal skills to foster team cooperation
- willingness to follow company dress code and appearance standards
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of any problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and alert management when necessary
- make and deliver non-alcoholic drinks
- ensure drinks are properly garnished and delivered
- assist in clearing dishes and refilling beverages
- assist in bussing and resetting tables
- restock and prepare supplies for shift changes
- check back with guests to ensure satisfaction
- maintain thorough understanding of menu items
- work efficiently adhering to "full hands in, full hands out"
- assist other team members as needed
- keep service station clean and organized
- maintain cooperative and harmonious working relationships
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- comply with dress code and appearance standards
- must be at least 18 years old
