Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- skilled in effectively communicating with Guests to generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster's experience
- able to read and communicate in English
- maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and able to answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
- able to work quickly and efficiently adhering to full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- maintain a favorable working relationship with all company Team Members to foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members
- adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated Guests
- assess Guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a Manager
- make and deliver Non-Alcoholic drinks to Guests
- ensure all drinks are properly garnished and deliver trays to designated tables and other sections in the restaurant as needed
- assist in clearing away dishes and glassware and refilling beverages as needed
- assist in bussing and resetting tables as needed, restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close
- assist in ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of drinks and responding to Guest needs in a timely manner
