Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- able to work in noisy, fast paced environment
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- able to reach, bend and stoop frequently
- dressed in proper dress code and maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- excellent customer service skills
- knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- basic math skills
- proficiency in English
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and alert management if necessary
- make and deliver non-alcoholic drinks to guests
- ensure all drinks are properly garnished and delivered timely
- follow tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure accuracy
- assist in clearing dishes and refilling beverages
- assist in bussing and resetting tables
- restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close
- check back with guests after delivering drinks and respond to needs promptly
- assist in greeting newly seated guests
- maintain knowledge of menu items and answer guest questions
- work efficiently following “full hands in, full hands out” philosophy
- assist other team members as needed
- keep station clean and set up or take down station tables
- assist in party set up and breakdown
- maintain positive working relationships with team members to foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate
- communicate enthusiastically with guests about the D&B experience
- read and communicate in English
- listen carefully to guests’ orders and communicate clearly with guests and team members
- adhere to dress code requirements and maintain a neat, professional appearance
- must be at least 18 years old
