Job Requirements

- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to read and communicate in English
- skilled in effectively communicating with Guests
- thorough understanding of menu items preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role helpful but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- able to follow sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
- capable of maintaining cleanliness and station organization
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members
- adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated Guests
- assess Guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a Manager
- make and deliver non-alcoholic drinks to Guests
- ensure all drinks are properly garnished and deliver trays to designated tables and other sections as needed
- assist in clearing away dishes and glassware and refilling beverages as needed
- assist in bussing and resetting tables
- restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close
- assist in ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of drinks and responding to Guest needs timely
- maintain thorough understanding of all menu items and answer food and drink questions
- work quickly and efficiently following “Full hands in, Full hands out” philosophy
- assist other Team Members as needed
- keep station clean and set up and take down station tables appropriately
- maintain favorable working relationship with others to promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
- effectively communicate with Guests to generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster’s experience
- read and communicate in English
- listen carefully to Guests’ orders and needs and communicate verbally with Guests and Team Members
- dress following dress code, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
- be at least 18 years of age
