Job Requirements

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards

- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Familiarity with alcohol service policies
Job Duties
- Deliver unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of issues
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere
- Adhere to sanitation procedures
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and notify managers as needed
- Make and deliver non-alcoholic drinks
- Ensure drinks are properly garnished and delivered promptly
- Follow tray procedures
- Assist in clearing dishes and refilling drinks
- Assist in bussing and resetting tables
- Restock supplies for shift changes
- Check back with guests after drink delivery
- Greet newly seated guests
- Maintain knowledge of menu items
- Work efficiently following full hands in and full hands out philosophy
- Assist team members as needed
- Keep station clean and organized
- Assist in party setups and breakdowns
- Communicate effectively with guests
- Dress in proper dress code
