Job Requirements

- ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
- ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- ability to read and write handwritten notes

- ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
- ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of any problems or significant matters
- create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- follow alcohol awareness procedures and handle intoxicated guests responsibly
- assess guest behavior and report concerns to management
- make and deliver non-alcoholic drinks to guests
- ensure drinks are properly garnished and delivered to designated tables
- follow tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely delivery
- assist in clearing dishes, refilling beverages and bussing tables
- restock and prepare supplies for shift changes and closing
- check back with guests after drink delivery to ensure satisfaction
- greet newly seated guests in a timely and friendly manner
- maintain knowledge of menu items and answer guest questions
- work efficiently adhering to "Full hands in, Full hands out" philosophy
- assist team members as needed
- keep station clean and set up or take down station tables
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- maintain positive working relationships with team members
- communicate effectively with guests to create enthusiasm about the D&B experience
- read and communicate in English
- listen and respond to guest orders and needs verbally and with team members
- follow dress code and appearance standards
- be at least 18 years old
