Job Duties
- Deliver unparalleled guest experience through best combination of food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters
- create warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company's sanitation procedures
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and identify when to alert manager
- make and deliver non-alcoholic drinks to guests
- ensure all drinks are properly garnished and delivered
- assist in clearing dishes and refilling beverages
- assist in bussing and resetting tables
- restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close
- check back with guests after drink delivery and respond promptly
- maintain thorough understanding of menu items
- work efficiently adhering to full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- assist other team members as needed
- keep station clean and set up or take down station tables
- maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm
- read and communicate in English
- listen and communicate guests’ orders and needs verbally and with team
