Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights, and weekends
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move and stand for long periods
- Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently
- Must follow company dress code
- Must be able to communicate in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of standard sanitation and alcohol service guidelines
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and alert manager if needed
- Make and deliver non-alcoholic drinks
- Ensure drinks are properly garnished and trays delivered timely
- Follow tray procedures to minimize loss
- Assist in clearing dishes and refilling beverages
- Assist in bussing and resetting tables
- Restock and prepare supplies for shifts
- Check back after drink delivery for guest satisfaction
- Greet newly seated guests
- Maintain thorough understanding of menu items
- Work efficiently following full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- Assist other team members as needed
- Keep station clean and set up appropriately
- Assist in party setup and breakdown
- Maintain cooperative working relationships
- Communicate effectively with guests
- Read and communicate in English
- Listen to guest orders and needs
- Dress neatly and professionally
- Must be at least 18 years of age
