Job Requirements

- Effective communication skills to engage with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Understanding of sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Basic knowledge of menu items and beverage preparation
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Teamwork and cooperation skills
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company's sanitation procedures
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
- Make and deliver non-alcoholic drinks to guests
- Ensure all drinks are properly garnished and deliver trays to designated tables and other sections as needed
- Follow all tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure drinks are delivered timely and correctly
- Assist in clearing away dishes and glassware and refilling beverages as needed
- Assist in bussing and resetting tables as needed
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and/or close
- Assist in ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of drinks and responding to guest needs in a timely manner
- Assist with greeting newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
- Work quickly and efficiently adhering to "Full hands in, Full hands out" philosophy
- Assist other team members as needed or as business dictates
- Keep station clean, set up and take down station tables appropriately
- Assist in party setup and breakdown
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate and help keep high morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness
- Communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience
- Read and communicate in English
- Listen to hear guests' orders and needs, then communicate with guests verbally and with other team members
- Dress in proper dress code, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
- Must be at least 18 years of age
