Job Requirements
- work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- read and write handwritten notes
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to read and communicate in English effectively
- skilled in guest communication to generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster's experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- knowledge of menu items and drink preparation
- capable of multitasking and working efficiently following the "full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
Job Duties
- deliver drinks to guests promptly and accurately
- keep service stations stocked, clean, and ready for use
- assist in bussing and resetting tables
- follow company sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
- maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members
- greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
- check back with guests to ensure satisfaction after delivery
