- able to read and understand drink orders and communicate effectively
- lift and carry trays weighing up to 30 pounds
- stand and walk for extended periods
- reach, bend, stoop, and wipe down surfaces as necessary
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food and beverage service is an advantage
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and approachable personality
- knowledge of responsible beverage service practices
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- deliver beverage orders swiftly and accurately to guests
- communicate promptly with bartenders or managers about issues or special requests
- manage multiple drink orders and inform guests or team of delays
- maintain a friendly and energetic demeanor while interacting with guests
- assist guests with immediate drink-related needs or questions
- keep work area clean and organized for efficient movement
- alert management to any guest dissatisfaction and practice responsible beverage service
