Job Requirements
- Minimum age requirement to serve or handle alcoholic beverages as per local regulations
- Ability to lift and carry trays of drinks weighing up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively and read drink orders accurately
- Comfortable working in a noisy, lively environment
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor throughout shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of responsible alcohol service laws
- Ability to work well within a team environment
Job Duties
- Deliver beverages efficiently and accurately to guest tables
- Communicate promptly with bartender or manager about any issues or delays
- Maintain a friendly and energetic demeanor during service
- Assist guests with immediate drink-related needs and direct them to bartenders or servers if necessary
- Keep work area clean and organized for efficient movement between bar and guests
- Alert management of any guest dissatisfaction with drinks or service
- Assist with stocking, organizing bar supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in service areas
