Job Duties
- Contributes to an exceptional guest experience by efficiently delivering a wide array of beverages
- keeps the supervising bartender or manager promptly informed of any issues, delays, or special requests related to drink orders
- ensures the timely and correct delivery of drinks to guest tables, managing multiple orders simultaneously
- approaches drink delivery with a friendly and energetic demeanor, maintaining a positive attitude
- assists guests with any immediate drink-related needs or questions and directs them to appropriate staff
- maintains a clean and organized work area for efficient movement
- alerts bartender or manager to any guest dissatisfaction and practices responsible beverage service
- assists with stocking and organizing bar supplies
- may prepare garnishes or maintain bar area cleanliness
- checks and replenishes glassware and drink supplies
- ensures professional presentation of beverages on delivery trays
- collaborates with servers and bartenders to ensure seamless service
- fosters a positive team environment and meets minimum age requirements for alcohol handling
